    • Do I have to be there when you service the pool?

We'll have all necessary information from our intial inspection. We'll leave a Report Card every visit documenting our water analysis, chemical application, cleaning and any details regarding your system.

    • How often should my filter be taken apart & cleaned?

Every three to six months is the standard for D.E. & Cartridge Filters, this may fluctuate based on the size of pool, filter and amount of debris entering pool. Sand Filters should be taken apart, refilled with new sand every 5 years.

    • Do I have to buy the chemicals for you to use?

We provide all the chemicals as part of our weekly cleaning maintenance service. You do not need to buy chemicals, nor do you need to store the chemicals on your property. That's all included in our service.

    • Why should I hire a pool service when I can do it myself?
+ Professionally maintained pools extend the life of the pool, deck, environment and bathers.
+ It's a joy to own a beautiful pool without continually tending to the maintenance.
+ If your free-time is valuable a professional service will save you time and money.
+ You may enjoy cleaning your pool, like gardening (every week) and schedule us every 3-6 months to clean the filter.
      -  Chemicals are expensive ($50-$100 per month) and hazardous if not handled & stored properly.
      -  You may spend a couple hours a week in chemical analysis, picking up chemicals, cleaning the system and pool.
      -  A clear pool can still have unbalanced chemistry slowly etching the plaster, coping and deck.
    • Save Time and Money?

With our service the only time you spend with your pool is quality enjoyment. Your time is valuable and for just a few dollars more or less than what you spend on chemicals, we cover everything including chemicals.

    • Protecting my investment?

A stich in time saves nine... We extend the life of your equipment by noticing small needs such as lubrication, o-rings, valves and filters before they create more expensive problems. Simple Details can be RedFlags.

    • Is balanced chemistry better than just clear?

Precisely balancing pool chemistry keeps your body (body pH 7.5) healthy and extends the life of your pool plaster, parts, deck and the whole environment. This saves you money in the long-run.
