Do I have to be there when you Service the pool?We'll have all necessary information from our intial inspection. We'll leave a Report Card every visit documenting our water analysis, chemical application, cleaning and any details regarding your system.
Do I have to buy the chemicals for you to use?We provide all the chemicals as part of our weekly cleaning maintenance service. You do not need to buy chemicals, nor do you need to store the chemicals on your property. That's all included in our service.
How often should my filter be taken apart & cleaned?Every three to six months is the standard for D.E. & Cartridge Filters, this may fluctuate based on the size of pool, filter and amount of debris entering pool. Sand Filters should be taken apart, refilled with new sand every 5 years.
